Whether you order a large Titan bottle or a small replacement part, the delivery timetable starts with preparation and continues with the carrier.

Order handling

For a payment-authorized purchase, we generally need 1–2 business days to prepare the parcel. Carrier travel is counted separately.

Shipping estimate

The estimated transit after shipment is 4–6 business days; it is not an arrival guarantee. The services and charges available for the destination you enter appear at checkout. A carrier interruption, weather event, or incorrect address can delay delivery.

Follow a parcel

Review your address carefully before placing the order. Tracking is supplied when available. If the package is delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete, or marked delivered but cannot be found, write to rodgersraymond6197806@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and any helpful photographs so we can investigate.
