Manna Hydration reviews returns for eligible defective and non-defective products; eligible exchanges are considered as well.

Tell us within the request period

Submit the request within 30 days after delivery. A sound item returned because you changed your mind or selected the wrong option must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Defects, damage, an incorrect product, missing parts, or a material description mismatch can also be reported. Those problem claims are not rejected merely because the item is damaged, and non-excludable legal rights remain available.

Get directions before mailing

Email rodgersraymond6197806@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and images or video when the product or shipment has a problem. We confirm eligibility and the accurate return address and instructions before you mail anything. Your package includes a free prepaid return label; contact us if yours is missing or lost. Use the label after approval. No restocking fee is charged.

Replacement and repayment

Exchange fulfillment depends on the review and available inventory. Following refund approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting to your account may require more time from the bank, issuer, or payment provider.
